Metallic Style Without the Weight!

Dazzle customers with this precious metal HTV! Metal HTV features a smooth finish, soft hand, and a brushed metal appearance that can be washed and worn without becoming lackluster. Unlike other metallic heat transfers, Metal HTV is super lightweight so you can wear it on almost anything. This fashion-forward material is ideal for bridal parties, spirit wear, cheer, dance, and any occasion that needs a gleaming touch! Use in conjunction with other materials such as EasyWeed or StripFlock for awesome designs that hit on multiple levels! Metal is layer-able as a TOP LAYER ONLY on other materials. Metal is 63 Microns / 2.48 Mils and is a foil PU composition.

Blade: 45°/60°    Force: 5-10    Offset: .250    Speed: 10

Application Instructions

Home Iron Instructions

  • Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
  • Cover Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper
  • Place on a flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
  • Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
  • Press each section of the design for 10-15 seconds
  • If areas of design lift after application, replace the cover sheet and re-press for 10 seconds
  • Peel carrier cold

Heat Press Instructions

  • Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper.
  • Preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds
  • Apply design at 305°F/150°C (EasyPress® users add approx. 30°)
  • Use medium pressure for 15 seconds
  • Peel carrier cold.
